This mentorship-style program helps estheticians build confidence, learn protocols, and practice treatments under professional guidance.

This is a training and mentorship program, not a guaranteed employment position.

Program Details

• 3-month advanced training program
• Small groups (2–4 estheticians)
• Flexible schedule
• Attend once per week (4–6 hours)
• Hands-on practice with professional machines
• All supplies and equipment provided

Hands-On Training Includes

• Hydrofacial treatments
• Microneedling
• Radiofrequency skin tightening
• Chemical peels
• Skin consultations
• Treatment protocols and client care

Training Investment

Participants contribute $400 per month to cover materials, equipment use, and hands-on instruction.

• Active Florida Esthetician License

Practice Opportunities

Participants are welcome to bring their own models for practice treatments. When working on personal models, estheticians may earn 60% commission on the service price as part of the hands-on training experience.

Models must be scheduled in advance and treatments are performed under training protocols.
