Advanced Excel & Data Analyst (Power Query + DAX)

NICON Group of Colleges is looking for a detail-oriented Advanced Excel & Data Analyst to manage, analyze, and visualize data for better decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Advanced Excel, Power Query, and DAX, and the ability to transform raw data into meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets using Advanced Excel
• Clean, transform, and load data using Power Query
• Build data models and perform calculations using DAX
• Create dynamic dashboards and reports (Excel / Power BI)
• Automate reports and workflows to improve efficiency
• Identify trends, patterns, and business insights
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate with teams to understand reporting needs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis
• Strong expertise in:
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
• Power Query (data transformation)
• DAX (data analysis expressions)
• Good understanding of:
• Data cleaning and preprocessing
• Data visualization techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI (a plus)
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Familiarity with business reporting and KPIs
• Experience in automation using Excel (Macros/VBA)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
