Advanced-Level Video Editor

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality videos that maximize viewer engagement and retention
• Apply a strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and emotional flow
• Independently manage complex, high-level editing projects
• Adapt to and execute various editing styles, formats, and content types
• Stay up to date with industry trends, platforms, and editing techniques
• Collaborate remotely with the team to deliver exceptional final outputs

Requirements

• Advanced-level video editing skills
• Deep understanding of editing psychology and audience behavior
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Proficient with Adobe tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Ability to edit any type of video content with consistency and excellence
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely

Nice to Have

• Experience editing for YouTube, social media, ads, or long-form content
• Motion graphics and sound design skills
• Ability to suggest creative improvements beyond the brief

Pay: ₹30,032.30 - ₹60,102.07 per month
