Advanced-Level Video Editor (Creative + Storytelling) – On-site

MZ Digital Studio is looking for a highly creative and experienced Advanced-Level Video Editor with a strong storytelling mindset to create premium-quality visual content for weddings, YouTube productions, corporate campaigns, commercials, and high-performing social media ads.

This is a full-time, in-house position based at our Lahore office for someone who can lead projects creatively, deliver cinematic-quality edits, and bring innovative ideas to the team.

What You’ll Work On

• High-end cinematic wedding films
• YouTube documentaries, vlogs & storytelling content
• Corporate commercials & branded campaigns
• Social media ads & viral creative content
• Luxury promotional and marketing videos

Key Responsibilities

• Edit professional, story-driven video content with cinematic quality
• Lead post-production workflows from raw footage to final delivery
• Perform advanced cinematic color grading and LUT customization
• Execute professional audio mixing, sound design, and enhancement
• Create advanced motion graphics, visual effects, and typography animations
• Collaborate with directors, content strategists, and the creative team
• Use AI-powered tools to improve speed, creativity, and workflow efficiency
• Maintain consistency in brand style and visual identity
• Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
• Bring creative direction and innovative editing concepts to projects

Skills Required

• Advanced expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong command of Adobe After Effects
• Professional cinematic color grading & LUT creation
• Advanced audio mixing & sound design
• Motion graphics, typography animation & visual effects
• Experience with AI tools (Runway, CapCut AI, Adobe AI tools, etc.)
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and cinematic editing sense
• Understanding of social media trends and ad creatives
• Ability to work independently and lead creative execution

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional video editing experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing cinematic and commercial work
• Experience handling wedding, corporate, and YouTube content
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
