Advanced Mobile Wound Care Provider (NP)

The Opportunity

Regen X Woundcare is seeking an autonomous, wound care experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our mobile team in the Phoenix Valley. We are a physician-led practice that brings hospital-level wound care directly to the patient's home, assisted living, or group home.

If you are tired of the "9-to-5" clinic grind and want to focus on advanced restorative therapies—including CTP (Skin Substitute) grafting and sharp debridement—this is your role. Our top providers have earned compensations over $150,000 on an annual basis with salary and incentive structures.

The Role: Advanced & Mobile

You will manage a patient panel predominantly in central Phoenix but occassionally across the valley.

Key Responsibilities

• Bedside Procedures: Perform sharp debridement and application of Cellular and Tissue-Based Products (CTPs/Grafting).
• Comprehensive Assessment: Manage complex diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs), venous leg ulcers (VLUs), and pressure injuries.
• Mobile Autonomy: Efficiently navigate your assigned territory in the Phoenix metro area.
• Care Coordination: Work closely with our Medical Directors, home health agencies, and local vascular specialists.
• Documentation: Utilize our wound-specific mobile EMR for real-time charting and photo documentation.

Qualifications

• Credentials: Active, unrestricted Arizona NP license (Board Certified).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Wound Care specialty. Experience with CTP/Graft applications is highly preferred along with debriding skill set.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with mobile EMRs and independent scheduling.
• Certifications: WCC, WOCNP, or CWS preferred (optional, but we will support the right candidate in obtaining these).
• Experience with Arobella - not required will train
