We are expanding our emergency medical team and are currently seeking experienced and licensed Advanced Paramedics and Paramedics to join our professional operations in Abu Dhabi.

Job Summary

The Advanced Paramedic / Paramedic will be responsible for providing safe, efficient, and high-quality pre-hospital emergency medical care. This role involves responding to emergency calls, delivering Advanced Life Support (ALS) or Basic Life Support (BLS), and ensuring the safe transport and handover of patients to medical facilities in accordance with UAE healthcare regulations and company protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to emergency and non-emergency calls
• Deliver Advanced Life Support (ALS) / Basic Life Support (BLS) care as per approved clinical guidelines
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs monitoring, ECG interpretation, and clinical decision-making
• Perform emergency procedures such as CPR, defibrillation, airway management, bleeding control, trauma care, and shock stabilization
• Administer IV fluids, medications, oxygen therapy, and other treatments according to medical protocols
• Safely transport patients while continuously monitoring their condition
• Ensure accurate and professional handover of patients to hospitals or healthcare facilities
• Maintain ambulance readiness by cleaning, inspecting, and restocking medical equipment and supplies
• Complete all required documentation, reports, and logs accurately and on time
• Adhere to safety standards, infection control policies, and company procedures

Requirements

• Mandatory: Valid DCAS / DOH / MOH License (UAE)
• Proven experience in emergency medical services or pre-hospital care is preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge and emergency response skills
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in high-stress environments
• Physically fit and capable of handling emergency situations
• Willingness to work shifts as per operational requirements

• DOH - PARAMEDIC - UPTO 7-8K
• DOH EMT- 6-7 K
