Your Role

You’ll provide comprehensive primary care to adolescents through seniors, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits. You’ll work side-by-side with experienced physicians and a strong clinical team that values collaboration, clinical judgment, and patient relationships.

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Active Nevada licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Preferred

• Experience with Medicare, Medicare Advantage, or value-based care
• Comfort managing chronic conditions and continuity panels
• Strong clinical documentation and ICD-10 proficiency

Position Details

• Full-time | 40 hours/week
• Monday–Friday, 5×8 schedule
• In-person outpatient clinic with some telehealth
• Salary range: $110,000 – $160,000, based on experience
