Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed medical histories, to inform diagnosis and treatment strategies.
• Utilize EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, eClinicalWorks, and Athenahealth to document patient encounters accurately while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians and specialists in the hospital to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Provide telehealth consultations and triage services to optimize patient access to care across various populations / This is a hospital position

Experience

• Proven experience working in diverse healthcare environments
• Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth or similar platforms for medical documentation and coding (ICD-9/10; CPT).

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
