Dallas Nephrology Associates (DNA) is a large independent single specialty practice with numerous offices located throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. We have an immediate opening for an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant (APP) to service our patients at our Denton Office Practice in addition to dialysis rounding to assigned patients. This team member will provide medical oversight to an assigned group of patients under the supervision of a DNA Supervising Physician. Day to day responsibilities will include patient visits, consulting and collaborating with physician(s) to determine appropriate course of treatment, and review and reporting of lab results. Consults with other members of the healthcare team when appropriate. Instructs patients and family members regarding treatment Consults with other members of the healthcare team when appropriate. In addition, this provider will evaluate and ensure that patients are familiar with all options of treatment and receive the appropriate information and education about the options for them.

Requirements:

• Graduate from accredited APP program
• Nephrology experience preferred
• Previous experience in dialysis preferred
• In-Patient hospital experience preferred
• Out-Patient hospital experience preferred
• New Graduates are welcome
• Current Texas state license
• BLS/ACLS certification
• DEA Licence
• Reliable transportation

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
