Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our dynamic healthcare team in an ENT speciality practice. Your expertise will support clinical decision-making, perform advanced assessments, and contribute to innovative research initiatives. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practices and collaborative care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough physical examinations, patient assessments, and vital signs documentation to inform diagnosis and treatment plans.
  • Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently.
  • Support diagnostic evaluations through ordering and interpreting medical imaging, lab tests (including ICD coding), and physiological assessments.
  • Collaborate with physicians and specialists.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development by staying current with CPT coding updates, ICD-10 classifications, medical terminology advancements, and healthcare standards like NCQA.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher in Nursing (NP), Physician Assistant Studies (PA), or equivalent advanced practice credentialing.
  • Valid licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider with applicable state certifications.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems such as Epic or Cerner; telehealth experience is a plus.
  • Experience with medical coding (ICD-9/10), CPT coding for procedures like suturing or dermabrasion; familiarity with infection control protocols is essential.
  • Ability to perform physical examinations using aseptic technique; competence in diagnostic evaluation and physical assessment skills.
  • Excellent patient care skills with a focus on health coaching, pain management strategies, discharge planning, and patient education across diverse populations. Join us in delivering exceptional healthcare through innovation and compassionate service!

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
