About the Practice
Thrive Osteopathy is a Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice dedicated to providing personalized, relationship-based medicine. Our model removes insurance barriers, allowing for longer visits, deeper patient connections, and a focus on prevention, root-cause care, and whole-person health.
We blend evidence-based medicine with a holistic, osteopathic approach—valuing both clinical rigor and individualized care.

Flexible Structure & Growth Opportunities
We offer multiple pathways depending on your desired level of autonomy and commitment:
- Independent Growth Model: Build and grow your own patient panel within the DPC structure, with mentorship and support
- Salaried Model: Work a set schedule with compensation adjusted based on hours and patient care responsibilities
- Hybrid Options: Combine both approaches over time as your practice evolves
This role is designed for long-term growth, with increasing autonomy and income potential as your panel develops.
