Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join the MK Wound team. In this vital role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across a variety of clinical settings, including outpatient clinics, long term care facilities and patient homes. Your expertise will support advanced and comprehensive wound care treatments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes through innovative care delivery and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and managing complex wounds using evidence-based protocols, while closely monitoring healing progress over time.
• Documenting clinical findings, coordinating care with other providers, and delivering comprehensive medical care that addresses all factors impacting wound healing, including: comorbidities, nutrition, infection control, venous, lymphatic, and vascular status.
• Educate patients on proper wound care, adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes, and ensure accurate reporting while maintaining compliance with clinical standards.
• Leverage digital tools to improve efficiency and continuity of care, with the ultimate goal of changing patients lives.

Experience

• Minimum of two (2) years of practicing as an APP prefered.
• Surgical Services, Emergency Department, or ICU experience preferred. However, MK Wound is open to both inpatient and outpatient APP experience in all specialties.

Pay: From $50.00 per hour
