Advanced Practice Provider

Keller Family Medical Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing family practice team in Keller, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for an APP seeking a supportive, stable outpatient environment with predictable scheduling, strong clinical support, and a clear pathway to full-time as the practice continues to grow.

Position Highlights

  • Full-time outpatient family practice position
  • Predictable outpatient schedule — no hospital rounds
  • No call responsibilities
  • 1:1 MA-to-provider ratio for strong clinical support
  • Average 18–22 patients per day with 15–30 minute appointments
  • Collaborative physician backup while maintaining provider autonomy

Compensation

Competitive compensation based on experience and productivity. Expected annual range:

Approximately $110,000-$125,000+ annually

Schedule

Clinic hours:

  • Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Scheduled 4.5 days with various start/stop depending on day.

No evenings. No weekends. No call.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients across the lifespan
  • Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Perform preventive wellness and annual visits
  • Document efficiently within the EMR workflow
  • Collaborate with supervising physicians as needed
  • Maintain a patient-centered, team-oriented approach to care

Preferred Qualifications

  • Licensed PA or NP in the State of Texas
  • Family practice or primary care experience preferred
  • New graduates with strong clinical training will be considered
  • Strong communication and patient education skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team
