We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our urgent and primary care team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urgent and primary care services to patients of all ages.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, infections, and injuries.
• Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma.
• Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Nebraska.
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology NP.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care preferred.
• BLS/ACLS certification required.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
