Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in aesthetic procedures and demonstrate a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care in a high-end environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to:
- Neuromodulator injections (e.g., Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau)
- Dermal filler treatments
- Microneedling (both mechanical and radiofrequency)
- Laser hair removal
- IV Hydration Therapy
- Phlebotomy
- Assessment and management of common skin conditions (e.g. acne)
- Other advanced aesthetic treatments as qualified
Additional Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient consultations, creating personalized treatment plans that align with patient goals and expectations.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and incorporate new techniques and technologies into practice.
- Maintain meticulous patient records and ensure adherence to all relevant medical regulations and protocols.
- Collaborate closely with the medical director and other team members to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing education opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of spa protocols and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:
- Current NP or PA license in good standing in the state of New Jersey
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aesthetic medicine
- Proven track record of performing advanced aesthetic procedures
- Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Pay: $70.00 - $140.00 per hour
