About Salus Integrative Medicine

Salus Integrative Medicine is a forward-thinking functional and regenerative medicine practice in Franklin, TN, dedicated to addressing root-cause health by honoring the full complexity of each patient. We combine evidence-based integrative protocols with the latest advances in longevity medicine, metabolic health, hormone optimization, IV nutrient therapy, and emerging therapeutics — offering a truly personalized model of care.

Our team operates with clinical excellence, intellectual curiosity, and deep respect for the patient-provider relationship. We are growing and looking for a passionate, clinically sharp NP or PA to grow with us.

The Opportunity

This is a part-time position with a clearly defined pathway to full-time as your patient panel grows. We offer scheduling flexibility and are open to structuring your hours in a way that fits your life. A concierge medicine component is included, offering extended visits and direct-access care for a select patient population.

If you are someone who loves complex, multi-system cases, who thrives in a learning environment, and who wants to practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced — this role was built for you.

Core Clinical Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive new patient evaluations and ongoing management using an integrative, functional medicine framework
  • Order and interpret advanced functional labs (hormone panels, GI-MAP, DUTCH, micronutrient testing, metabolic panels, etc.)
  • Develop individualized care plans incorporating lifestyle medicine, nutrition, supplementation, and therapeutic protocols
  • Administer and oversee IV nutrient therapy including Myers’ Cocktail, high-dose vitamin C, glutathione, NAD+, and other adjunctive infusions
  • Manage ozone therapy protocols (major autohemotherapy, and other modalities per training and scope)
  • Prescribe and monitor hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for men and women, including thyroid hormone optimization
  • Initiate and manage peptide protocols (GH secretagogues, BPC-157, TB-500, and others as appropriate)
  • Support patients with longevity-focused strategies including metabolic optimization, healthspan monitoring, and preventive care
  • Provide concierge-level care for designated patients including enhanced access, extended visits, and personalized care coordination
  • Collaborate closely with Tiffany Balin and the Salus clinical team for complex case review and protocol development
  • Maintain timely, thorough documentation consistent with functional medicine standards

Qualifications

Required

  • Active Tennessee NP or PA licensure in good standing
  • DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in primary care, internal medicine, functional medicine, or integrative health
  • Demonstrated interest in integrative, functional, or longevity medicine
  • Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
  • Comfort with independent clinical decision-making and complex case management

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Formal training in functional or integrative medicine (IFM, A4M, ABAAHP, or equivalent)
  • Experience with IV therapy administration and protocols
  • Familiarity with BHRT including thyroid, sex hormones, and adrenal support
  • Exposure to ozone therapy, peptide protocols, or metabolic oncology support
  • Experience interpreting advanced functional laboratory panels

What We Offer

  • Flexible part-time schedule with a clear, supported pathway to full-time
  • Competitive compensation commensurate with experience
  • Collaborative, low-bureaucracy practice environment
  • Ongoing clinical mentorship and education in functional and integrative medicine
  • Access to cutting-edge diagnostics, therapeutics, and protocols
  • A team that values intellectual depth, clinical integrity, and practitioner wellbeing
  • Opportunity to be a foundational part of a growing, mission-driven practice

Our Culture

At Salus, we believe that healing is both an art and a science. We ask hard questions, we dig deep, and we hold space for the complexity of each patient’s story. We are not a volume-driven practice. We are a practice built on relationship, rigor, and results. If that resonates with the way you practice medicine, we want to hear from you.
