Premier Integrative & Cognitive Medical Institute (PICMI) is seeking an exceptional Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing brain health and psychedelic medicine practice.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of neuroscience, brain health, ketamine therapy, psilocybin-assisted therapy, neuroplasticity, precision medicine, qEEG brain mapping, and cognitive optimization.
We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about innovation, lifelong learning, and helping build one of the Nation's leading brain health and psychedelic medicine programs.
Ideal Candidate
Strong preference for candidates with experience in one or more of the following:
- Ketamine-assisted therapy (strongly preferred)
- Mental health treatment
- Neurofeedback
- qEEG brain mapping and interpretation
- Functional or integrative medicine
- Cognitive health and performance optimization
- Clinical research
Psychiatric certification is not required.
Requirements
- Active Colorado Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Interest in neuroscience, brain health, and psychedelic medicine
Highly Desired
- Experience with ketamine-assisted therapy
- BCIA certification
- qEEG training and interpretation experience
- Experience treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, burnout, or cognitive decline
- Functional or integrative medicine experience
- Clinical research experience
- Colorado Natural Medicine Facilitator License preferred
- Qualified candidates must be willing to pursue Colorado Natural Medicine Facilitator licensure after hire

- Evaluate and manage patients

- Review advanced diagnostics, biomarkers, and cognitive assessments
