Part-Time (Up to 20 hrs/week to start, growth potential for high performers)

About the Role

Unfiltered Medical Spa is intentionally expanding both our advanced aesthetic injection services and our medical wellness division. We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a minimum of three (3) years of advanced practice experience who is confident operating within a full medical scope — including aesthetics, weight loss, hormone optimization, and peptide therapy.

This is a provider-level role requiring independent clinical judgment, prescribing authority, and leadership in both aesthetic and wellness treatment planning.

This is a results-driven role centered on measurable client outcomes, safe prescribing, artistic treatment execution, revenue ownership with team leadership and collaboration — not a volume-only position.

Primary Treatment Focus

Advanced Injection Services Neuromodulators (Botox®, Dysport®, Letybo®, Xeomin®) Dermal fillers (Juvederm®, Restylane®, RHA® etc.) Biostimulators (PRF, PDGF, Sculptra®, Radiesse®)

  • Full-face assessment and harmonization Advanced combination protocols and structural treatment planning

Medical Wellness & Optimization (Provider-Level Scope) Medical weight loss evaluations and prescribing (GLP-1s, peptide protocols, metabolic support) Hormone replacement therapy (HRT/TRT) evaluation, lab interpretation, prescribing, and ongoing management Peptide therapy evaluation, prescribing, and management Performance and longevity-based treatment planning Lab review and medical follow-up appointments Ongoing client monitoring and documentation

Additional Responsibilities Good faith exams

  • Comprehensive consultations with clear identification of injectable, wellness, and skin-care needs Strategic referral of appropriate clients to the Esthetics Department for adjunct treatments Coordinated treatment planning alongside estheticians to optimize outcomes & increase client retention Clear documentation and internal communication to ensure seamless cross-department care Structured photography and outcome tracking Series planning and long-term client retention Participation in team case reviews and collaborative planning sessions Support in implementing new injectable, wellness, or performance services introduced by the Company
  • adherence to updated protocols and training requirements

The Company supports advanced training and education; however, applicants must already possess strong independent provider competency.

Minimum Requirements

  • Current Utah NP or PA license (active and in good standing)
  • Minimum 2+ years hands-on aesthetic injection experience required
  • Strong experience with neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and advanced techniques required
  • Medical spa or clinical aesthetics experience required
  • Proven consultation, treatment planning, and sales ability
  • Active Utah NP or PA license in good standing
  • Minimum three (3) years experience as an NP or PA (required)
  • Minimum two (2) years hands-on aesthetic injection experience required
  • Experience managing weight loss, hormone therapy, or wellness-based prescribing strongly preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of facial anatomy and injection safety
  • Experience interpreting labs and managing longitudinal care
  • Proven consultation, treatment planning, and revenue ownership ability
  • Professional maturity and ability to operate within structured protocols
  • Schedule flexibility with team-coverage mindset

Compensation Structure

Structured hourly base for meetings and required training.Primary compensation is commission-based on collected revenue (minus product cost) with tiered percentage structure based on experience and performance.

Additional earning opportunities include: Membership sales bonuses Individual performance bonuses Team performance bonuses

High-performing providers have strong six-figure earning potential (pro-rated for part-time).

Compensation details are discussed during the interview based on experience level and scope.

Schedule

Part-time to start (up to 20 hours/week).

Growth into expanded hours available for high performers.

Flexibility required.

Ability to cover teammates and receive coverage when needed is expected.

Availability to work one 4-hour Saturday block per month required.
