About the Role:

We’re excited to bring on an Advanced Aesthetic Provider (Nurse Practitioner / Physician Associate) as part of Maeva’s core team. You are truly passionate about helping patients look and feel their best from the inside out. At Maeva, we value a team-oriented environment where collaboration and support are key. You'll train directly with our founder to master our unique approach before building your patient list. This position is full-time and requires a commitment to the aesthetics field as a profession, not just a side gig.

What You’ll Do:

• Learning and Training: Undergo thorough training and education in various cosmetic procedures, including but not limited to Botox, dermal fillers, cosmetic lasers, and other non-surgical treatments, to provide optimal patient care in line with the Maeva philosophy and approach.
• Patient Care: Manage health problems and coordinate health care for the patient in accordance with State and Federal rules and regulations and the nursing standards of care. Clinical management is conducted in collaboration with the founder, medical director, and other health care team members.
• Maintain Clinic Standards: Adhere to all clinic protocols, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment for both clients and staff.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients.

Who You Are:

NP Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
• Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse licensed in the state of Texas
• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas
• Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC)

PA Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program
• Current Physician Assistant (PA) licensed in the state of Texas
• Certified by National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) in the state of Texas
• Prior experience in aesthetic medicine is not required, but a passion for aesthetics and a willingness to learn is essential.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, exhibit a professional demeanor, and follow ethical guidelines in all aspects of the job.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and take on new challenges as the clinic's requirements evolve.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform treatments requiring precision and attention to detail.
