Advanced Practice Provider (PA or FNP) – Otolaryngology

ENT Associates of Fresno is seeking a motivated and collaborative Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our growing otolaryngology practice. This is an opportunity to work closely with experienced ENT physicians in a high-quality, patient-centered outpatient environment.

Position Overview

• Salary: $140,000 (full-time equivalent)
• Flexible schedule: 3–5 days/week (prorated salary for part-time)
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends

Compensation & Incentives

• Base salary: $140,000
• Productivity bonus: Begins after initial onboarding period. Tiered collections-based bonus structure
• Quarterly operations bonus: Up to $2,500 per quarter ($10,000 annually)- Based on clinic efficiency, access, and team-based performance

Clinical Scope

• Evaluate and manage adult and pediatric ENT conditions
• Perform comprehensive outpatient assessments
• Participate in post-operative care and longitudinal management
• Collaborate closely with ENT physicians

With training and experience, you will:

• Develop proficiency in in-office diagnostic procedures (e.g., endoscopy, microscopy)
• Perform select in-office treatments and procedures

Qualifications

• Licensed PA or FNP (or eligible in California)
