Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive healthcare services. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans - Perform advanced clinical procedures including minor wound repair (sutures), in office procedures and specimen collection processing - Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality - Utilize telehealth technologies to provide remote patient care - Manage acute and chronic illnesses in various specialties such as medical-surgical, behavioral health, gastroenterology, etc. - Educate patients on disease prevention and health management - Maintain accurate medical records and documentation - Implement aseptic techniques to ensure infection control **Qualifications:** - Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program - Current APRN licensure in the state of practice - Certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse - Proficiency in a wide range of clinical skills including nebulizer treatments, interpreting diagnostic testing, and other office procedures - Experience in diverse healthcare settings with a focus on patient-centered care - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
