Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Advent Moxy Developer with strong expertise in Advent Moxy (Trade Order Management). The ideal candidate will be responsible for development, customization, integration, and support of Advent Moxy solutions to enhance front-office trading and order management workflows within wealth and asset management environments.
- Design, develop, and enhance solutions on Advent Moxy (Trade Order Management) platform.
- Customize trading workflows, order routing, compliance rules, and reports.
- Integrate Advent Moxy systems with trading venues, risk platforms, settlement systems, and compliance tools.
- Implement and manage FIX connectivity and trade flow integrations.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, operations, and compliance teams to gather and translate business requirements.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
- Support upgrades, patches, and new module implementations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Advent Moxy development/customization.
- Strong understanding of trade order management lifecycle (order creation, routing, execution, allocation, confirmation).
- Experience in Wealth & Asset Management domain.
- Familiarity with financial instruments: equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX, structured products.
- Strong expertise in SQL/Oracle databases and performance tuning.
- Experience with FIX protocol, APIs, and system integrations.
- Understanding of trade lifecycle, reconciliation, and compliance reporting.
- Experience working in Unix/Linux environments and scripting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
