The Language Skool is looking for a seasoned Ads Manager to lead and scale our performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube, and more.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns across major digital platforms
• Drive high-quality lead generation & conversion
• Manage monthly budgets & performance dashboards
• Run A/B tests, analyze data, and improve overall funnel performance
• Collaborate with creative teams for ad assets & landing pages
• Stay updated with trends, algorithms & industry best practices

Requirement:

• 8+ years of hands-on ads management experience
• Strong track record in scaling lead-gen campaigns (EdTech preferred)
• Expertise in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills

Skills Required:

• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot/Zoho/LeadSquared)
• Understanding of SEO & landing page optimization
• Creative ability to develop high-performing ad concepts
