We are seeking an experienced FEMALE Sales - Key Accounts Manager

Reports To: Managing Director

Job Summary:

As an Account Manager in our marketing agency, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns, and driving client satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with clients, creative teams, and other departments to meet client objectives and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining a strong professional relationship.
Understand clients' business goals, industry, and competitive landscape to provide strategic recommendations.
Regularly communicate with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and provide updates on campaign progress.

Campaign Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with clients to define marketing objectives and develop comprehensive marketing strategies.
Work closely with internal teams (creative, digital, content, etc.) to develop campaign plans and creative briefs.
Ensure campaign plans align with client goals and are executed within budget and timelines.

Project Management: Coordinate and manage all aspects of marketing campaigns, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively address them to ensure successful campaign execution.
Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to clients.

Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Prepare and deliver performance reports to clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
Use data-driven insights to optimize ongoing campaigns for better results.

Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative work environment by working closely with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns effectively.
Provide clear and concise project briefs to creative and digital teams.

New Business Development: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients to expand agency services.
Collaborate with business development teams to pitch and secure new client accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Previous Marketing Agency Experience is a MUST.
  • Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in account management within a marketing agency or related industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, as well as analytics and reporting.
  • Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Salary range 8000/- to - 10,000/- Plus Bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
