Advertising / Campaign Manager - AI-Driven E-Commerce Ads (On-Site, Roseville/Sacramento CA)

This is a 100% ON-SITE role in Roseville, CA (greater Sacramento area). You MUST currently live within daily commuting distance and be able to commute to our office in person, every day. ABOUT THE ROLE

CE Showroom is an established, fast-moving, AI-driven e-commerce company in Roseville, California. For over a decade we have sold consumer electronics, appliances, and home goods across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, and our own store - run by a small, sharp team that leans hard on automation and AI.

We are hiring an Advertising / Campaign Manager to own our paid advertising and help grow our broader marketing - including SEO and organic visibility. Right now our CEO runs these campaigns personally - we need a sharp, numbers-driven operator to take them over, run them profitably, and scale them across channels. This is NOT a content or design role (we already have a creative team producing images and video). This role is about strategy, structure, budgets, bidding, SEO, and results - the math and logic behind marketing that actually performs.

This role is open to both experienced campaign managers and smart, analytical people earlier in their careers. What matters most is being sharp with numbers and logic, genuinely fluent with AI, and hungry to own real results - the pay reflects experience and the results you can demonstrate. You should be genuinely comfortable using AI - Claude, ChatGPT, and agentic AI tools - to plan, analyze, and manage campaigns faster and smarter.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Own paid campaigns end to end - starting with Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display; managing ACoS / TACoS to target), then Google Ads (Shopping / Performance Max), and expanding into TikTok and other marketplaces.

- Strengthen our SEO and organic visibility - improving product discoverability and search rankings alongside paid, so the two work together.

- Manage campaign structure, budgets, and bids with a sharp eye on profitability and return - ad spend gets expensive fast if it is not managed tightly, and that discipline is the heart of this job.

- Use Claude and agentic AI tools daily to analyze performance, model scenarios, automate reporting, and move faster than a manual workflow ever could.

- Read the numbers - pull the data, understand the logic, and make decisions that improve return on ad spend.

- (Plus) Help the team adopt AI - if you have the background, help set up and standardize Claude and Codex workflows for the rest of the company.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Must-haves:

- Strong with numbers and logic - comfortable in spreadsheets, reading performance data, and reasoning through what to change and why. This is the real bar.

- Genuinely comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, agentic AI) to do real work, and excited to do more of it.

- Either hands-on experience managing paid advertising and marketing campaigns, OR clear aptitude and the drive to learn it fast (we will consider a smart, analytical self-starter with little experience).

- Able to work on-site in the Roseville / Sacramento area, and authorized to work in the US.

A strong plus (not required):

- Experience with Amazon Ads and/or Google Ads and SEO, with real budget ownership and accountability to a return metric (ROAS / ACoS / CPA).

- A software-development background or solid understanding of software/automation logic - a big plus, since you could also help set up AI tooling (Claude, Codex) for the rest of the team.

- TikTok advertising and experience across multiple marketplaces (Walmart, eBay); agentic AI workflows, scripting, or automation.

WHAT WE OFFER

- Base $58,000-$95,000, by experience and demonstrated results
