Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Client Service Manager to lead client accounts, manage campaign execution, and ensure smooth communication between clients and the creative/production teams. The ideal candidate will handle multiple brands, oversee project delivery, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day communication.
  • Understand client goals and brief internal teams (creative, media, production, digital).
  • Supervise the end-to-end execution of campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
  • Prepare and present proposals, campaign plans, and performance reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate workflow and project timelines.
  • Handle client feedback, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction.
  • Work with the finance team for quotations, billing, and project approvals.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services (creative, digital, media).
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation, job sheets, and CRM records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of client servicing/account management experience in an advertising, branding, or digital marketing agency (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of advertising, branding, digital marketing, and production workflows.
  • Creative mindset with a problem-solving approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
