Role Description
Al Habtoor Motors is seeking an Advertising & Digital Specialist to support the execution of advertising and digital marketing campaigns. This role will focus on implementing digital strategies across search, display, social, and programming while coordinating with creative, analytics, and external vendors to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
Key responsibilities:

Execute digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.

Support the Advertising Manager in campaign planning, implementation, and optimization.

Monitor campaign performance and adjust targeting, budgets, and creatives for maximum ROI.

Assist in managing day-to-day coordination with media agencies, vendors, and platforms.

Prepare performance reports and dashboards highlighting KPIs and insights.

Ensure compliance with brand and regulatory standards in all digital assets.

Collaborate with creative and social teams to align assets with campaign strategy.

Keep up to date with digital advertising trends and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications:

Must have marketing & advertising agency experience in the UAE

Proven experience executing digital advertising and paid campaigns in UAE across multiple platforms.

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Ability to optimize campaigns and deliver measurable ROI.

Familiarity with SEO/SEM, programmatic platforms (DSP – Demand side platform, Real Time Bidding), attribution models, and remarketing.

Strong analytical and reporting skills using GA4, dashboards, and Excel/Google Sheets.

Experience collaborating with creative and social media teams on campaigns.

Knowledge of video-first and interactive formats, plus influencer management.

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Cultural awareness and understanding of UAE advertising standards and regulations.

Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities; proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.

Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and YouTube Ads.

Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, including Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) and Real-Time Bidding (RTB).

Knowledge of SEO and SEM fundamentals, keyword targeting, and integration with paid campaigns.

Experience with Google Analytics / GA4, social media analytics dashboards, and campaign attribution models.

Ability to use budget management tools and campaign optimization techniques.

Understanding of ad formats including display, video, social, native, and OOH digital screens.

Familiarity with influencer platforms, content amplification tools, and AI-driven marketing solutions.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization/reporting tools.

Awareness of UAE advertising compliance requirements and OEM brand guidelines.
