About the Role

Beyond Creator, a digital marketing agency in Canada, is seeking an Advertising Manager to create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok. You'll develop data-driven strategies, execute campaigns, and deliver measurable results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research market trends and competitors to develop effective campaign strategies
  • Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok
  • Monitor key metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, conversion rates) and adjust campaigns for maximum performance
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad formats
  • Manage campaign budgets efficiently and provide reallocation recommendations
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and strategic recommendations
  • Communicate updates and collaborate with Project Manager/CEO
  • Stay current with platform changes and advertising trends

Required Qualifications

Experience:

  • 2-4 years managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok
  • Proven track record of campaign optimization and performance improvement
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics)
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and reporting tools (Google Data Studio or similar)
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Notion, Asana, Monday.com)

Core Skills:

  • Strategic thinking with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Results-oriented with focus on ROI and performance metrics

Platform Expertise Required

  • Meta Ads: Conversion campaigns, retargeting, Lookalike/Custom Audiences
  • Google Ads: Search, Display, YouTube ads, keyword optimization, remarketing
  • TikTok Ads: Video ads, in-feed ads, interest/behavior-based targeting
