We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Growth Manager who will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, marketing knowledge, and a growth mindset to scale our product and brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute growth strategies to increase users, revenue, and brand reach
- Analyze user behavior, funnels, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to run growth experiments
- Manage and optimize paid & organic marketing channels (SEO, social media, ads, referrals, etc.)
- Improve user onboarding, activation, and retention strategies
- Track KPIs such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and churn
- Conduct A/B testing and data-driven experiments
- Identify new growth channels and partnerships
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Growth Manager / Growth Marketer
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and performance tracking
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO tools, etc.
- Data-driven mindset with problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
