Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, Communications, or related field.
Minimum of 4+ years of proven experience in sales within media, advertising, or digital marketing sectors.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue and sales targets.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing skills.
Solid understanding of advertising solutions, media buying strategies, and digital/social media platforms.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to engage high-profile clients.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance, develop insights, and propose optimization strategies.
Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
Strong business acumen, proactive approach, and client-centric attitude.
