Reports To

The production manager will report to Director of Sales.

Job Overview

Looking for an experienced production manager who has worked on different retail window displays, exhibitions stands and signages. Departments to look after will include acrylic fabrication, carpentry & joinery, painting studio, styro fabrication and metal fabrication. Production Manager should have the problem-solving skills and research & development mindset to improve production technique and find ways to producing different kinds of visuals.

Timings & Salary

Timings: 9 am – 7 pm, Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities and Duties

● Manage starting and finishing of all projects ongoing inside the warehouse. Collaborate with sales team to understand different projects, give useful input on execution details and then oversee production in the workshop.

● Oversee the working of different departments, manage timelines, manage labour and deliveries.

● Guide the different departments to use effective production techniques to reduce costs & wastage and optimize resources.

● Collaborate with printing department to make sure fabrication and print finishing are both completed in time for project delivery.

● Organize the labour to and take corrective action when labour is underperforming or making mistakes.

● Is able to work well with different labour and manage them; should not discriminate between labour from different background, etc .

Qualifications

● Minimum Education: Degree College or graduate diploma; mechanical or civil engineers preferred.

● Experience: 3 years minimum.

● Specific skills: knowledgeable about acrylic fabrication, carpentry & joinery, painting studio, styro fabrication and metal fabrication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
