Advertising Production & Sales Foreman

We are looking for an experienced Advertising Production & Sales Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in commercial signage production, digital printing, site supervision, and sales development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the production and installation of advertising signs and commercial branding.
• Manage digital printing works including vinyl, stickers, banners, and large-format printing.
• Conduct site visits, measurements, and prepare project requirements.
• Coordinate with designers, machine operators, and installation teams.
• Develop new business opportunities and generate sales.
• Meet with clients, understand their requirements, and prepare quotations.
• Follow up with customers and close sales deals.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and according to quality standards.
• Manage materials, tools, and labor efficiently.
• Ensure all works comply with safety standards and local regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in advertising, signage, printing, and sales.
• Strong knowledge of acrylic, stainless steel, aluminum, LED signs, and ACP.
• Good understanding of digital printing materials and production processes.
• Proven sales and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage projects independently.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
