We are hiring a full-time Advertising Sales Executive to grow a premium local media brand in Bergen County. This is a true hunter sales role for someone who wants to build a book of business, own a territory and get paid for performance.
You will be out in the field meeting business owners, prospecting daily and building real relationships in the community. This is not a desk job and not a passive account management role.
If you are competitive, coachable and energized by goals, this is a serious opportunity with real upside.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a book of local advertising clients in Bergen County
- Prospect daily through phone outreach, networking, email and in-person visits
- Make 40 to 50 outbound outreach attempts per day
- Conduct a minimum of 12 in-person prospect or client meetings per week
- Sell integrated print and digital marketing campaigns
- Represent a premium luxury local media brand in the community
- Track activity in CRM and participate in daily sales huddles

- Confidence starting direct sales conversations
- Strong follow-through and personal accountability
- Resilience and consistency in prospecting
- Full-time availability Monday through Friday
- Reliable transportation and comfort working in the field
- Must live in New Jersey or within practical driving distance to Bergen County
