  • Position: Sales Executive / Telecalling Executive
  • Location: Dubai, UAE
  • Salary: upto AED 4,000 per month + Incentive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Demand & Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This is a role focused on generating new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and driving qualified meetings for the sales team. The right candidate will be ambitious, target-driven, and eager to grow within the advertising and marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Conduct telecalling, cold calling, email outreach, and networking to generate leads.
  • Identify potential clients (brands and agencies) across the UAE market.
  • Research target companies, decision-makers, and business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update a lead/prospect database.

2. Sales & Business Development

  • Schedule qualified meetings and presentations for the sales team.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them as leads.
  • Prepare simple proposals and sales decks with team support.
  • Participate in initial client calls or online meetings.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Build rapport with prospects to convert meetings into opportunities.
  • Ensure timely responses and professional communication.

4. Performance & Reporting

  • Achieve daily and weekly targets for lead generation and meetings.
  • Track activities and maintain records in CRM tools.
  • Share feedback on lead quality and prospect response.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of qualified meetings generated daily/weekly.
  • Lead-to-opportunity conversion ratio.
  • Timeliness and consistency of follow-ups.
  • Contribution to monthly sales pipeline and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or lead generation (advertising/marketing industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills (English essential; Arabic is a plus).
  • Resilient, target-driven, and able to handle rejections positively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, email outreach, and basic sales reporting.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
