Advertising Sales Manager – Printing & Branding Company

Location: Indore (Travel to Metro Cities)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-driven Advertising Sales Manager to lead business growth and build strong client relationships across metro cities. The ideal candidate should have experience in advertising, branding, or printing sales, and the ability to generate new business opportunities through direct client meetings, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Bangalore, etc.)
• Visit potential clients such as corporate offices, agencies, and retailers to promote company services
• Generate leads for flex printing, signage, hoardings, branding materials, and promotional displays
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and marketing pitches
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective client management
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships with existing and new clients
• Coordinate with operations and design teams for order execution and delivery
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to plan strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–8 years of experience in advertising / printing / signage sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong ability to travel and manage client meetings independently
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven personality
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email Communication)
• Graduate / MBA in Marketing or Business Management preferred
• Own two-wheeler / valid driving license required
