Job Summary
The Advertising Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and selling advertising solutions to businesses across various industries. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with strong communication skills and a proven track record in advertising, media, or marketing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new advertising clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Present advertising solutions and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and advertising agreements.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to deliver successful campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
- Attend networking events, meetings, and industry exhibitions as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in advertising sales, media sales, marketing sales, or business development.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Knowledge of the Qatar advertising market is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with advertising agencies, media companies, or digital marketing firms.
- Existing network of business contacts in Qatar.
- Arabic language skills are a plus.
