Job Description:
Innovex Agency is looking for a creative and data-driven Advertising Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across various platforms. You will work closely with clients, the creative team, and the media team to create effective ad strategies that align with clients' goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital advertising, analytics, and a passion for driving results through creative and targeted ad campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development & Execution:
- Develop, implement, and manage advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design and optimize ad creatives, ensuring they align with the client's branding and objectives.
- Plan and strategize for paid media campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, bidding strategies, and platform selection.
Campaign Optimization & Monitoring:
- Continuously monitor the performance of campaigns and optimize them based on key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.).
- Perform A/B testing to determine the best performing ads and improve campaign results.
- Track and report on the success of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
Client Communication & Strategy:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and market trends.
- Provide clients with campaign updates, performance reports, and actionable insights.
- Advise clients on best practices for advertising across digital platforms and recommend new strategies to improve results.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) to track, measure, and report on the performance of ad campaigns.
- Use insights and data to refine and adjust campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
- Generate regular reports for clients, showing campaign performance and ROI.
Trend Analysis & Market Research:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Research competitors and market trends to ensure campaigns are competitive and up to date.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Advertising Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role with a focus on paid advertising.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube, and others.
- Experience in campaign management, audience targeting, budgeting, and optimization.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Ads Manager, etc.) for tracking and reporting.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and apply insights to improve results.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop engaging and effective ad creatives.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Working Hours & Days:
- Full-time position, 5 days a week, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Hiring Process:
Round 1: Initial Screening
- Review of resume and discussion on previous experience managing advertising campaigns across digital platforms.
- Evaluation of your understanding of campaign strategies, optimization techniques, and analytics tools.
Round 2: Practical Assignment & Final Evaluation
- Candidates will be asked to present a sample ad campaign strategy, including the objectives, audience targeting, and ad creatives.
- Follow-up discussion to assess your ability to think strategically and optimize campaigns.
