Job Overview

Wishare Media Group is hiring a Commercial Video Editor specializing in advertising and branded content editing.

This role is specifically for editors experienced in commercials, paid ads, and performance-driven video content.

This is NOT a basic content editor role.

We are looking for someone who understands:

• Commercial pacing
• Advertising storytelling
• Conversion-focused editing

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Video Editing

• Edit high-quality commercial and advertising videos

Advertising-Focused Editing

• Create strong hooks within the first 1–3 seconds
• Apply pacing optimized for ad performance
• Edit for engagement, retention, and conversion
• Adapt editing style based on brand identity

Post-Production

• Color correction and grading
• Basic motion graphics and text animation
• Subtitle creation
• Transform raw footage into compelling, high-converting ads
• Edit paid social ads, brand commercials, and marketing creatives
• Deliver polished, professional commercial-level work

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional videography and editing experience (portfolio required)
• Ability to work on-site at our El Monte office.

You are someone who:

• Has strong commercial editing skills
• Understands advertising and branding
• Can create high-quality ad creatives
• Has experience editing paid ads

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
