High-end, design-forward firm is seeking an in-person Digital Advertising & Web Operations Specialist to own the technical, performance, and operational side of marketing. This role focuses on website health, digital advertising, SEO, e-commerce functionality, and performance reporting.

This is a hands-on execution role that complements a separate Brand & Marketing Lead position. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple digital systems while partnering with creative leadership.


Core Responsibilities

Website & Web Operations

  • Maintain and optimize the firm’s website for performance, usability, and conversions
  • Coordinate updates, landing pages, forms, and integrations
  • Ensure site stability, speed, and best practices

E-Commerce Management

  • Manage e-commerce functionality and product updates
  • Ensure accuracy in product listings, pricing, imagery, and descriptions
  • Support conversion optimization and customer experience

Digital Advertising

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid digital campaigns (search, display, social, retargeting)
  • Monitor budgets, performance, and ROI
  • Optimize campaigns based on data and reporting

SEO & Analytics

  • Own SEO fundamentals and ongoing optimization
  • Track performance using analytics and reporting tools
  • Provide clear, actionable insights to leadership

Print & Digital Advertising Coordination

  • Manage digital and print ad placements as needed
  • Ensure creative aligns with brand direction and campaign goals

What This Role Is NOT

For clarity, this role does not own:

  • Brand voice or messaging
  • Content creation or social strategy direction
  • PR or event marketing

Those responsibilities sit with the Brand & Marketing Lead.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years in digital marketing, web operations, or e-commerce roles
  • Strong experience with websites, paid ads, SEO, and analytics
  • Comfortable working with CMS platforms and e-commerce tools
  • Data-driven, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Able to collaborate closely with creative and leadership teams
  • Comfortable working in an in-person environment

Compensation & Structure

Salary: Starting at $80,000 (DOE)

Location: In-person, Scottsdale, AZ

Status: Full-time
