Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced adviser for study abroad & immigration services. The candidate will be responsible for handling clients, guiding them with accurate information, and managing conversions with strong sales maturity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deal with walk-in and online clients for study abroad & immigration queries
• Provide accurate guidance about programs, requirements, and processes
• Maintain professional follow-ups to convert leads into successful clients
• Manage documentation and coordinate with the processing team
• Ensure excellent customer experience through effective communication
• Achieve assigned monthly sales/conversion targets
• Maintain daily records and update CRM/office logs

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in study abroad, immigration, or relevant advisory role
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Good personality and confident dealing style
• Sales maturity and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently and manage clients professionally
• On-site job (not remote)
