An Abu Dhabi Government entity is hiring for Advisors (Arabic Speaking) to join their team in Abu Dhabi to bring hands-on technical expertise and advisory skills in Strategy or Social Public policy and Economic studies:

The objective of the role is:

Providing objective advice to the leadership on all matters related to the strategic and Social public policies and economic studies related to the entity:

Main responsibilities will include:

• Providing specialized expertise and consultations regarding strategic issues, priority topics, and specific requests
• Reviewing existing and proposed strategies, plans, initiatives, and social policies, and providing inputs and consultations as determined by the leadership.
• Advising and offering opinions and comments on certain topics referred by the leadership
• Working on proposing and presenting initiatives on certain topics that help improve the department's performance.
• Providing contributions (scientific and practical) to the department leadership on the best internationally applied methodologies within the Advisor area of work (Strategy, Economic studies, Public Policy)
• Preparing Technical presentations and management briefs and managing the content of these presentations, ensuring the quality of the displayed information and its relevance to important topics.
• Providing periodic reports related to managed projects
• Coordinating with external consultants to deliver innovative solutions for addressing significant issues.
• Undertaking any other responsibilities/duties assigned by the agency's deputy.

Minimum requirements:

1- Immediately available to join the Abu Dhabi office

2- Minimum 12 years of experience in Strategy development and refresh, Economic and Social public policy analysis and review

3- Experience with a big 4 Consultancy as Director or Principal in the last 3-4 years is a big plus

4- Bachelor, preferable Masters

5- Arabic and English bilingual skills are required
