SageSpring Wealth Partners is seeking a dynamic, proven sales professional for its newly created role of Advisor Sales Success Manager. This role requires a highly motivated professional with management experience developing and leading financial sales teams. The focus will be on the advancement of sales professionals at four defined internal phases of advisor growth and experience, who will provide investors with a broad range of products and services from the SageSpring platform. The role may be based in the firm’s Franklin, TN headquarters or in Dallas, TX .
As a key member of SageSpring, the ADVISOR SALES SUCCESS MANAGER plays an integral role in growing the business through leadership and engagement of the firm’s network of wealth advisors. The role will lead the firm’s business development efforts by managing advisor performance, holding advisors to high standards, developing process, and ensuring consistent revenue growth in alignment with firm goals to move advisors from Phase I to 2, etc. within a defined period of time. S/he will build and manage a consistent lead follow-up and pipeline process that improves advisor productivity and conversion rates. This role provides structure, accountability, and real-time visibility into business development activities across teams.
This role acts as a bridge between advisors and leadership, ensuring advisors have the support, insights, and business consulting they need to operate efficiently, grow sustainably, and
stay engaged with the firm’s strategic direction. Additionally, this position will act a strategic partner and primary point of contact for sophisticated advisors (Phases 3 & 4) and their teams by removing obstacles, aligning resources, and enabling continued growth. The ADVISOR SALES SUCCESS MANAGER will also increase leadership bandwidth by acting as the go-to contact for advisors, allowing firm leaders to focus on strategy and long-term initiatives while maintaining strong advisor relationships.
The ADVISOR SALES SUCCESS MANAGER position requires a proactive approach and independent-minded individual to carry out the duties of the position effectively. The ideal candidate should exhibit a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, good judgment, and a positive attitude. The ability to be well-organized, effectively communicate with all types of personalities, and consistently exercise good judgment is critical to this role.
The Candidate will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
- Meet and/or exceed the sales performance goals on both a quarterly and annual basis across all facets of the SageSpring’s product and service platforms.
- Build a strong, motivated sales culture that supports advisor retention and firm-wide growth objectives.
- Elevate team performance through ongoing training, feedback, and performance management.
- Lead and manage Phase 1 & 2 advisors to the firm’s activity and production standards.
- Own and lead the mentees to the firm’s way throughout their mentorship.
- Improve visibility into the full sales funnel with clear reporting and performance metrics for data-driven decision-making.
- Maximize marketing ROI by ensuring every inbound, referral, and campaign lead is efficiently qualified and followed through.
- Remove obstacles and increase efficiency by acting as a concierge and centralizing problem-solving and communication, reducing escalations to leadership and accelerating
resolution of advisor and team issues.
- Improve firm alignment and communication by serving as the conduit for firm initiatives, ensuring advisors receive timely, clear information, and leadership receives meaningful
feedback from the field.
- Elevate advisor experience and retention by providing high-touch support and consulting that deepens advisor engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty to the firm.
- Set sales support priorities/areas of focus for each year.
- Lead the team to achieve designated customer satisfaction goals.
- Ensure individual advisor and team growth objectives are met.
- Active participation in screening, interviewing, and hiring of advisors.
- Monitor advisors’ work through observing advisors in prospect and sales meetings, ongoing communication with advisors, and the capturing performance metrics.
- Display a sense of urgency and focus toward results delivery, asset growth, and retention.
- Set action plans to implement the vision and achieve company goals through challenging associate and team objectives.
- Adhere to all compliance/risk procedures, follow corporate and industry protocols, and act in a manner which protects the interests of the client and SageSpring at all times.
- Model and exhibit self-imposed high standards, integrity, and ethical behavior at all times.
- Make high quality decisions in a timely manner by ensuring the right people, methods, and information are utilized.

The ideal candidate will possess the following competencies and attributes:
- 7+ years of proven sales management experience required with a history of demonstrated growth and effectiveness.
- Experience managing advisors at varying strategies of growth, particularly senior wealth advisors.
- Strong knowledge of financial technology platforms, CRM systems, and custodial relationships.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to significantly grow a team of advisors, modifying procedures and managing staff as necessary.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- High degree of personal integrity, honesty and ability to deal with confidential information on a daily basis – including any information team members share that should be
considered confidential.
- Unimpeachable ethical standards with an innate ability to build trust.
- Polished, articulate, confident, and driven professional with the ability to work with like-minded professionals in a results-oriented, fast-paced and growing environment.
- CFP or other applicable industry designations a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
