Advisor Support Specialist/Office Administrator

Engel & Völkers Western Frontier is seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Advisor Support Specialist to join our Missoula shop. As part of a globally recognized luxury real estate brand, we pride ourselves on professionalism, collaboration, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors, creating a welcoming first impression
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Provide administrative and organizational support to Advisors and Brokers
  • Assist with daily office operations and maintain a polished, client-ready environment

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Positive, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented with good communication skills
  • Comfortable learning new systems and processes
  • Previous office experience is a plus, but not required

Technical Skills (Preferred):

  • Google Workspace
  • Mac operating systems
  • Social media platforms

Compensation:
Pay based on experience.
