What You'll Do:

Responsible for carrying out the recruitment process life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, selections and offers under general supervision.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:

  • Partners with hiring teams to develop effective solutions to manage customer/partner expectations.
  • Identifies future talent needs and builds and maintains a network of potential candidates through proactively conducting executive, professional, technical, and nonexempt recruiting.
  • Prepares and contributes to the development of status reports and metrics as well as participates and/or leads internal recruiting status updates.
  • Assists with the implementation of new and improvement of existing practices and processes.
  • Develops and maintains candidate sourcing strategies.
  • Supports workforce development activities through engagement and in person participation in on-site activities such as career fairs and other events.
Qualifications:

Education & Credentials:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or a related field from an accredited college or university; or a combination of post high school and equal experience may be substituted for education.

Experience:

2-4 years of full life cycle recruiting experience. Experience using ATS systems, iCIMS experience preferred. Experience managing career fair events. Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn to develop candidate pools. Experience nurturing candidate pools for future hiring. Experience recruiting drivers preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Proficient in utilizing HRIS/ATS software and applications, such as PeopleSoft.

Competencies:

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously. Ability to demonstrate effective customer service skills. Ability to interpret and apply related federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations. Ability to evaluate applicant information and determine eligibility. Ability to effectively manage projects that may vary in nature and scope. Knowledge of principles, practices, and standards of human resources management.

Working Conditions:

Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like. Extended use of a computer keyboard, viewing of a computer monitor and the ability to sit for long periods of time.
