Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our Litigation Support team in Tampa Bay with a focus on family law matters. This role will lead complex financial analyses in divorce and related proceedings, prepare expert reports, and support or serve in testifying capacities during mediations, depositions, and court appearances. The ideal candidate is progressing toward or currently serving as a named testifying expert and is eager to contribute to the continued growth of our family law litigation practice.

Your Impact (Essential Duties):

  • Lead litigation support and forensic accounting engagements, managing staff, timelines, and deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely completion
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for attorneys and clients, communicating findings clearly, managing expectations, and offering strategic insights
  • Oversee the preparation of expert reports, ensuring that all data is presented logically, professionally, and in accordance with legal and regulatory standards
  • Present or assist with presenting findings in courtrooms, depositions, and legal conferences, demonstrating confidence and clarity in high-pressure environments
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the firm’s forensic accounting and litigation support services, including cross-functional collaboration and business development
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to junior team members, fostering technical development and professional growth
  • Stay informed on industry trends, legal precedents, and valuation standards relevant to forensic and litigation services
  • Perform other duties and display flexibility to take on a variety of responsibilities assigned by firm leadership
  • Meet annual billable hour and other targets to fulfill individual and team performance and overall firm productivity


Your Background:

  • 5–10 years of experience in family law litigation support, including divorce-related financial analysis
  • Experience participating in mediations, depositions, or court testimony in family law matters
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or progressing toward serving as a named testifying expert in family law or related litigation matters
  • CPA, CFE, CFF, CBA, CVA, ASA, and/or ABV license
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, valuation methodologies, and report writing
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging directly with clients, legal counsel, and other stakeholders
  • Strong passion for continual learning and desire to master complex subject-matter
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, forensic accounting tools, and data visualization
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple engagements and teams simultaneously
  • Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, valuation methodologies, and report writing
  • Experience presenting findings or opinions in legal settings or board room settings
  • Demonstrated success in business development or identifying new service opportunities
  • Full-time commitment and flexibility to work beyond regular hours to meet team deadlines
