Advisory Services Intern

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a motivated Advisory Services Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the consulting industry, working alongside experienced consultants on a variety of projects.

• Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to support client projects

• Contribute to the development of client presentations and reports, synthesizing data into actionable insights

• Participate in team meetings, providing input and ideas for project strategies

• Support project management tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups

• Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze data for decision-making purposes

• Attend client meetings and assist in capturing key takeaways and action items

• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor

• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree or PhD in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, or a related field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data

• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics

• Previous internship or coursework in consulting or services firm environment or a fast-paced, startup environment

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to work with a secure internet connection (if remote)

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards

• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
