Overview:
The Advisory Support Specialist is responsible for assisting our branch offices with a high level of service, training, and new business processes. This entry-level role requires strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to utilize available resources to provide excellent service and support.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous and accurate responses to inquiries from field offices and home office staff, ensuring a commitment to service excellence.
- Support a team-oriented environment by collaborating effectively and offering assistance to colleagues.
- Assist in processing Investment Advisory agreements and reviewing documentation.
- Develop expertise to accurately handle a range of requests across various lines of business and operating systems.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to build knowledge and skills.
- Uphold company core values and maintain professional standards in all tasks.
- Assist with day-to-day operational issues and provide support to ensure smooth business processes.
- Engage with field offices to facilitate new business submissions and address inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Perform data entry and handle general incoming calls as needed.
Qualifications and Abilities Required:
- FINRA Series 66 and 7 licenses (or willingness to obtain within a designated timeframe).
- Basic knowledge of Envestnet, Schwab, and Pershing platforms is a plus.
- Understanding of the advisory field, including billing and regulatory requirements, is beneficial but not required.
- 1 year of experience in the financial industry or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail is a must for this role.
- Service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
