Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Immigration Advocate to join our company in Paschim Vihar New Delhi. The ideal candidate must have a strong command of spoken and written English, with solid knowledge of immigration laws, visa procedures, and client advisory practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional legal advice and assistance on immigration and visa-related matters.
• Prepare, review, and file immigration documents, petitions, and applications with accuracy.
• Stay updated with the latest changes in immigration policies, acts, and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their immigration needs and provide solutions.
• Draft legal correspondence, statements, and case summaries.
• Coordinate with government authorities, embassies, and visa offices for client cases.
• Maintain and organize all legal files and client records systematically.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Represent clients in immigration-related hearings or interviews if required.
• Collaborate with the internal team to manage multiple client cases efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
• Excellent command over written and spoken English (mandatory).
• Sound knowledge of immigration and visa laws.
• Prior experience in immigration or legal consulting preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently with integrity.
