Advocate

• Represent clients in proceedings before the DRT, DRAT, Consumer Forums (District, State & National)
• Draft pleadings, applications, replies, rejoinders, writ petitions, and arbitration claims/defences.
• Appear and argue matters independently or assist senior counsels in high-stake hearings.
• Conduct legal research, case analysis, and strategy development for effective dispute resolution.
• Coordinate with clients, experts, and witnesses for the preparation and conduct of hearings.
• Ensure timely compliance with filing procedures and case-related deadlines.
• Support the senior litigation team in large or complex matters, including briefing and case management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
