<ul><li>Represent clients in proceedings before the DRT, DRAT, Consumer Forums (District, State &amp; National)</li><li>Draft pleadings, applications, replies, rejoinders, writ petitions, and arbitration claims/defences.</li><li>Appear and argue matters independently or assist senior counsels in high-stake hearings.</li><li>Conduct legal research, case analysis, and strategy development for effective dispute resolution.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, experts, and witnesses for the preparation and conduct of hearings.</li><li>Ensure timely compliance with filing procedures and case-related deadlines.</li><li>Support the senior litigation team in large or complex matters, including briefing and case management.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
