Advocate

This is a full-time on-site role for an Advocate based in Delhi, India. The Advocate will be responsible for providing legal representation, drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting in-depth legal research, and advising clients on various legal matters. The role also involves appearing before courts, tribunals, or other authorities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Legal Research, Case Analysis, and Legal Drafting
• Proficiency in Court Procedures and Advocacy
• Experience in handling documentation and advisory services
• In-depth understanding of Indian Law and Regulations
• Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Client Handling skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); registration with a Bar Council
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
• Prior experience in litigation would be an advantage

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
